I am very excited to head off to Kalispell to the Quiltworx training facility to complete the last step in my Certification process. While I am there I will be completing my sample technique of the month quilts, Glacier Star, Mariner’s Compass, and Paradise in Bloom. During my stay, from April 15 – 23, I will be learning the business side of being a Certified Instructor as well as learning about all the new patterns Judy is publishing.
As I am planning on teaching at my facility, Bow Bench Retreat. Classes will not be crammed into 2 days, I will have the opportunity to help all my students through the entire process of creating a “Judy” quilt, where classes will be spread out to ensure students have time to complete the units and return to class to start the next step. By the last class students will be able to use the large design walls at Bow Bench to put all the parts of their quilts together, with my help if necessary.
I will be offering many “UFO” dates to give you the opportunity to complete the quilts you started years ago and gave stored in boxes, or complete your homework for an upcoming class.
