Is it time to clean out your sewing room? do you have fabric piling up? Patterns and books you know you’ll never use? Rulers, tools and notions you have no idea why you bought? Too many Sewing Machines? This event is for you, “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure” join us for a quilters swap meet to sell, trade or buy quilting supplies.

The swap meet will run from 1 – 4 on Sunday August 27 at Bow Bench Retreat  if you want to sell please register below and pay the $20 fee proceeds from this fee will be put towards charity quilts. If you don’t have items to sell and just want to shop or browse there is no fee.

This is an outdoor event, weather permitting,  park on our grassy parking lot, open your trunk, hatch or tailgate and start selling,  don’t forget to bring lawn chairs and even a table or picnic blanket to better display your stuff. You will be responsible for your own sales and collecting money etc. any left over items must be taken home with you at the end of the meet.

If you have a sewing machine to sell it can be set up inside the shop so it can be plugged in and tested out.
