Join me for 2 Studio 180 Design Sew Days.  I’ll teach you this simple trick and you’ll learn how to accurately create beautiful blocks!  In the Sew Days, we’ll focus on a couple of the Studio 180 Design tools and I’ll show you how to use the tools and give you lots of time to put into practice what you have learned. I’ll bring extra tools to use and to purchase so you can try before you buy.  You are welcome to bring a pattern that uses one of these tools to the sew day.  I’ll help you get a good start on your next masterpiece!

Studio 180 Design Sew Day – Tucker Trimmer and Wing Clipper: These tools from Deb Tucker at Studio 180 Design are the basis for many, many quilt blocks.  Each tool has a specific purpose and then many variations and different ways to use them.  I’ll walk you through the tool use with a variety of demonstrations and give you individual help as you sew.  The key to using the Tucker Trimmer and the Wing Clipper are SPIT!

• Learn to use the Tucker Trimmer for Half Square Triangles and Quarter Square Triangles in different sizes.
• Sew blocks using the Tucker Trimmer
• Learn to use the Wing Clipper for speedy Flying Geese Units in different sizes.
