DESCRIPTION:Tullamore Retreat Centre Quilt Retreat \nFriday May 22\, 2020 – Sunday May 24\, 2020 \nwith Nancy Strath\, Certified Instructor with Judy Niemeyer Quilting \nand Catherine Rawlek RYT 200\, AFLCA Certified \nThis is the perfect get away weekend\, includes everything you could possibly need\, relaxation\, friendship\, learning\, creating\, delicious meals\, comfortable accommodations\, beautiful scenery\, laughing\, gentle chair yoga\, stretching\, what more can you ask for?? \nNancy Strath\, Certified Paper piecing instructor will teach you how to make a paper pieced table runner or 4 paper pieced placemats\, (photo below) the pattern by Judy Niemeyer and Quiltworx\, fabric and instruction are all included\, and even better –  the patterns will be pre-cut and organized!  Nancy can provide you with a sewing machine and all the tools you will need\, or you can bring your own\, a supply list will be provided at registration. \nCatherine Rawlek\, owner of Tullamore Retreat Centre has many years of experience in teaching fitness and yoga. She will lead you through optional gentle stretching and chair yoga classes throughout your time at Tullamore to ensure you stay kind to your body as you quilt.  \nBelow find the itinerary and all the information you need to know for this amazing weekend. \nItinerary \nFriday May 22  \n6:15pm: Arrive at the beautiful Tullamore Retreat Center\, get settled into your room and have a tour of the space. \n7:00pm:  Meet all the other lovely women attending\, enjoy delicious wine and cheese\, discuss the pattern and techniques that will be used. \n8:30pm-9:00pm: Optional Gentle Chair Yoga \n*Following wine and cheese you are welcome to enjoy the property (use the hot tub\, participate in a gentle chair yoga class to help you relax before bed and/or sit outside by the campfire). \nSaturday May 23 \n8:30am-9:00am: Optional Gentle Stretching\, welcome to enjoy tea/coffee and beautiful walks outside \n9:00am-9:45am: Light\, healthy breakfast \n10:00am-12:45pm Quilting Class starts \n1:00pm-1:55pm: Lunch Break \n2:00pm-4:00pm: Quilting Class Resumes \n4:00pm-6:15pm: Free time.
