Bow Bench Retreat is located at the end of Range Road 260 nearby Carseland, Alberta. Overlooking the Bow River valley, Bow Bench Retreat is a scenic and breathtaking space to get away and recharge through creativity and community.

Enjoy the beautiful view and get inspiration from the surroundings. Bow Bench Retreat is located on the hill overlooking the Bow River valley – a peaceful and serene spot for creativity.
Have your lunch on our deck or take a stroll along the hill. You might even be able to see some local wildlife.
We have natural and fluorsescent lighting, a bathroom and a full kitchen so you can prepare your own food. And all of this with an outstanding view of the Bow River valley.
Made for creating
Bow Bench Retreat is a crafter’s paradise. Our 1,200 sq. ft. facility was designed just for sewists: dedicated power outlets, bright lighting, comfortable chairs and tables.
Our studio is spacious so you can spread out. We have extra tools and notions (and sewing machines for rent) so you can get started on your project right away.
If you enjoy quilting, sewing, scrapbooking, knitting, crocheting or crafting in a welcoming community, you’ll enjoy your time at Bow Bench Retreat.

Bring Your RV
For Summer 2021, overnight accomodations are not available in the retreat centre but there is space for RVs. The shower and kitchen is available for use, but there is no water or hookups for the RVs.
I always look forward to visiting Bow Bench Retreat.
The building is comfortable, bright and roomy. Nancy provides tools to use and patterns and sewing items for sale. The scenery is beautiful and you can enjoy it on warm days eating your lunch on the deck.
The atmosphere is very friendly and caring. It is a welcoming place!
